Welcome
My name is Sarah Pineda

My name is Sarah Pineda, and my work is rooted in helping people reconnect with their strength, their voice, and their path forward.
I am a registered social worker and therapist with a background in trauma-informed care, Indigenous knowledge systems, and community healing. My approach brings together both clinical training and lived experience, recognizing that healing does not happen in isolation—it happens through connection, culture, and supportive relationships.
For many people, reaching out for support can feel overwhelming. You may be carrying stress, anxiety, past trauma, relationship challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself. My role is to provide a space where you can slow down, be heard, and explore what healing looks like for you.
